Are you missing a check? New York police say men have been stealing checks from mailboxes and cashed them. Residents in New York may be returning home wondering where their checks are. Two men were arrested for committing the crime, after allegedly stealing checks and cashing them. They took the checks in the early morning while delivering newspaper.
